This excludes non-registered businesses; the price must include postage and shipping and the competing offer must be active for at least two months prior to qualify. A. Supported formats for transfers and repairs include VHS, VHS-C, 8mm cassettes, Hi8, Digital8, miniDV and Betamax. An additional fee applies to NTSC American/Japanese tapes.

A. The charge per cassette is £9 for each tape up to 1.5 hours. This is the lowest price, which applies to all tapes after the thirtieth cassette – please check our Prices page to see our full pricing list. There is an additional fee of £3 each for all NTSC American/Japanese cassettes.
